As the week unfolds, Thursday (Fire) ignites a deep vitality, confidence, and purposeful action in the heart—transforming effort into radiant power rather than strain. Friday (Sky) integrates all the Elements, opening a sense of spacious presence, coherence, and connection to something larger than the individual parts. Sky is where earthy structure and spacious freedom meet, where movement becomes primal rather than mechanical, and where effort gives way to Grace.

This course is ideal for anyone seeking greater balance of body-mind and heart, whether you are new to somatic practice or deepening an existing one. The 5 Elements embodied in a variety of Level 1 Bowspring poses and movements offer a living map for understanding how the Universal manifests in your body, mind, and soul. Then you can choose to use the knowledge of the 5 Elenents to live in greater flowing alignment with Nature, bringing greater health, freedom, and power to help your family and the world.

Each class stands on its own, yet together they create a powerful reset—bringing you back into rhythm with yourself and with Nature.

The classes will conducted on Zoom (7-8 pm ET), and a link to all the classes will be sent in early March following registration.
Monday, March 9: Earth — body alignment, uniform myofascial tone, and springy agility
Tuesday, March 10: Water — psychic feeling, empathy, and emotional intelligence
Wednesday, March 11: Air — mental clarity, rational knowing, and nervous system communication
Thursday, March 12: Fire — core values, spiritual purpose, and higher knowing (Gnosis)
Friday, March 13: Sky — Universal connection, spiritual awareness, and non-dual unity

A Zoom link will be sent the day before the class as well as in the afternoon the day of the class.

Registration closes 30 minutes before the start of the first class on March 9th.
A video for each class will be sent out to registrants the following day, and at the end of the Course, registrants will receive access to all 5 videos on Bowspring.com under their personal account.

The Five Elements is a 5-day online course into embodied balance, vitality, and inner intelligence. Over five one-hour classes, Monday through Friday (7-8 pm ET), we explore the elemental forces that shape both Nature and the human body-mind—Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Sky. Each class is a complete experience, yet together they form a progressive journey that awakens physical strength, emotional balance, mental clarity, soul power, and spacious awareness from the inside out.

Each day focuses on a single Element and its expression through posture, movement, breath, and psycho-emotional states.

Monday (Earth) builds grounded strength, stability, and trust in the body. Tuesday (Water) restores fluidity, emotional openness, and adaptability. Wednesday (Air) cultivates lightness, mental clarity, and innate intelligence through breath and spacious alignment. These first three Elements lay the foundation for a body that is resilient yet responsive, rooted yet free.
