Global Bowspring is an international community of students dedicated to the health and harmony of ourselves and the planet. The Bowspring is now being practiced in cities around the world in North America, Europe, Asia, South Africa and the Caribbean. The community is composed of health-minded students who are dedicated to regular practice of the Bowspring for their daily dynamic postural alignment. Bowspring students seek to develop a radiant heart, bright mind, and vibrant body through a positive vision, mindfulness, and the power of the Bowspring practice. This path of studentship is more than a posture, it is a lifestyle and requires a long-term commitment to one’s health. Students are ever learning how to live with increasing skill and harmony in relation to the world. We unite in a vision of the interconnectedness and we take ownership in our part of the greater whole. We realize the community is only as healthy as its members’ state of mind-body balance. When the student is moving toward harmony in their mind-body, then the harmonious integrity of the community is enhanced.
