Cultivating Your Awakened Self through the Bowspring Practice with Desi Springer

4-class Bowspring online series – October 2023

All levels of experience and ability are welcome, including new students to the Bowspring method.

Each class is 75 minutes long and additionally, there will be a 20-30 minute bonus post-class recap and Q & A.

Desi presents new Bowspring poses, new exercises and sequences (katas), which are particularly interesting and inspiring to teachers and experienced Bowspring students.

Each class will provide techniques to gain freedom from chronic pain, new level of power and agility, clarity of mind, balancing of emotions.

  1. Awakening Your Radiant Heart
    Self-shape your overall postural alignment from your Center – your Radiant Heart.
    This class will focus particularly on self-care and therapeutics.
  2. The 3 Apples – Increase self-awareness of your alignment for the ribcage, hips, and head.
  3. The 2 Spools – Learn how to be self-sustaining in your health and happiness through the alignment of the lower back, belly, and neck.
  4. The 4 Cardinal Directions – Gain increased self-respect and self-empowerment through the pulsation of Life in the 4 directions.
