About Course

As a level-2 workshop, this sequence will challenge any experienced Bowspring student. The sequence includes 8 katas that are sure to build enough heat to make you sweat, test your balance, encourage the practice of self-regulation and other executive functioning skills, and improve your stamina.

Each student will observe noticeable changes in their mind-body following this transformative series of videos as they learn to progress through intermediate-level poses while experiencing fluidity and lightness with uniform myofascial engagement. Students will flow through a wavy sequence representative of the natural pulse of life and the breath. Desi will lead intermediate Bowspring students through a rooting sequence inclusive of side stretches, backbends, forward bends, inversions, hip openers, twists, and a healthy dose of single-legged balancing poses.

*6.5 hours of total video content.
