Bowspring Boudoir with Desi Springer (women only)

From Desi Springer: “Boudoir Bowspring is an invitation into my private practice— into my literal bedroom, a sacred space created for my Bow sisters who are already walking this path.

This is not an instructional class. It’s designed for women with a working knowledge of the Bowspring who understand how to modify their practice when needed. I’ll hold the timing, offer the names of poses, guide the sequence and flow of segments of the Roots practice — the signature Level 2-3 practice of the Bowspring method. All I ask is 30 minutes of your undivided attention.

The results may surprise and delight you.

There are no recordings. This is an intimate practice of presence, embodied awareness, and radical self-acceptance — for women only.

I encourage you to wear as little as you feel comfortable in and, if possible, practice in front of a mirror. It’s an invitation to truly see yourself—not with judgment, but with curiosity, compassion, and appreciation. Let us create a women’s web that uplifts each of us around the world into a higher vibration and quality of life!”
