5/19 – Friday night 6:30 – 8:30 pm The Postural R/Evolution of the Bowspring
Experience an empowering and inspiring introductory class to this 8-hour weekend workshop with John and Desi, calling for a r/evolution of alignment of mind and body in our culture and society. Each student’s most common postural habits, which are often causing health issues both physically and psychologically, will be revealed in this class. The revolutionary formula for the Bowspring will be presented so that everyone can choose to go to the next level of their mind-body health, utilizing daily postures – standing, sitting, walking, etc, and basic exercises integrated with the breath.
5/20 – Saturday 10:00 am – Noon The R/Evolution of the Wings
This Bowspring workshop session focuses on the new alignment paradigm of the Wings – hands, arms, and shoulders – which leads to an expanded level of freedom and power of our mind-body health. John and Desi will teach students to avoid unhealthy habits on how we use our hands and align our shoulders, and how to create a universal, balanced alignment for both therapeutic healing and for optimized athletic performance.
5/20 – Saturday 2:00-4:00 pm The R/Evolution of Roots
This Bowspring workshop session focuses on the r/evolutionary alignment paradigm of the Roots – feet, legs, and hips — which leads to an expanded level of freedom and power of our mind-body health throughout the mind-body. John and Desi will teach students to avoid unhealthy habits on how we sit, stand, and walk, and how to create a universal, balanced alignment for both therapeutic healing and for optimized athletic performance of our feet, knees, hips, and lower back.
5/21 – Sunday 10:00 am – Noon Upward Spiral of the Bowspring R/Evolution
