In-person or online. All participants will be given Zoom recordings of each class, and videos will be available for sale in the Store after the workshop. 

Special Public Class: Feb. 1 – Thursday – 9:30 – 10:45 am — Sculpt Your Body, Sculpt Your Life 

This enjoyable Bowspring class is for all-levels. Learn how to use Bowspring alignment to sculpt your fascia and muscles for greater balance and health. The class will teach to remold your posture to a form of lightness, agility, and dynamic symmetry by using basic exercise and manual manipulations, all according to Bowspring universal dynamic postural alignment.

Weekend Workshop: 5 Classes — 10 hours total

Feb. 2 – Friday – 2 – 4 pm CT — Opening Your Wings for the Ultimate Freedom

This Bowspring workshop session focuses on the sacred geometry of the Wings – hands, arms, and shoulders. If you have any therapeutic issues in your shoulder or any other part of your Wings, or you just want an expanded level of freedom for shoulders or arms, or if you want to experience a deeper heart-opening through the unfurling of your Wings, then you will gain a lot from this class. John and Desi will also teach students to avoid unhealthy habits in how they use their hands and align their shoulders in their daily activities. The Bowspring practice teaches students of all levels how to create a universal, balanced alignment for both therapeutic healing and for optimized athletic performance.

Feb. 2 – Friday – 6:30 – 8:30 pm CT — Nourishing Your Roots for the Ultimate Grounding

This Bowspring workshop session focuses on the r/evolutionary alignment paradigm of the Roots – feet, legs, and hips — which leads to an expanded level of freedom through grounding.  John and Desi will teach students to avoid unhealthy habits on how we sit, stand, and walk, and how to create a universal, balanced alignment for both therapeutic healing and for optimized athletic performance of our feet, knees, hips, and lower back.

Feb. 3 – Saturday – 1 – 3 pm CT — The Sacred Geometry of Bowspring Spirals

In this Saturday morning session, learn to create Bowspring spirals in basic exercises, particularly in the arms and legs, reflecting the dynamic symmetry of 11:11. When there is a balanced, harmonic relationship between the key areas of body, then a synergy is created in which the whole becomes greater than the sum of the parts.

Feb. 3 – Saturday – 5 – 7 pm CT — Exploring the Infinity Symbol in the Mind-Body

This class will focus on applying the form and movement of the infinity symbol in a variety of Bowspring exercises for all-levels. The ‘lazy 8’ symbol – ∞ – in terms of Bowspring alignment, refers to the dynamic symmetry of spiraling energy flows in the body – in the legs, arms, and from the hips up the spine into the center of the head.

Feb. 4 – Sunday – 10 am – Noon CT — Bowspring Rock & Roll

This will be an up-tempo Level 2 Bowspring practice, which will be based on the fundamentals taught in preceding classes. Any level of student will still be accommodated, and poses will be modified accordingly, so anyone who has taken earlier class is welcome.
