This will be our first Bowspring teachers gathering at the Monroe Manor in Georgia. Each day, Desi and I will be doing breathing practices, meditation, a 2-hour Bowspring practice, a therapeutics session in the afternoon, philosophy lectures, nature walks, ice baths, and 2 healthy vegetarian meals and snacks. The gathering will also be a wonderful bonding experience for core members of our Bowspring community
The Monroe Manor is 3 stories, 7 bedrooms, 7 toilets, 5 showers, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, a movement studio with mirrors and props (‘Bow studio’), and gardens on 27 acres of beautiful forest inhabited by owls, rabbits, turkeys, fox, deer, coyotes, turtles, frogs, salamanders, butterflies, bats, and snakes!
$900 — 5 nights — arrival Saturday, Sept. 14, departure Thursday, Sept. 19.
Cost includes room and board, and tuition for 5-7 hours of instruction per day. The pricing for this special gathering is significantly discounted for this first teacher intensive.
Fly into Atlanta, and we are outside of Bethlehem, GA, which is about 75-minute drive from the airport.
We can help coordinate transportation from and to the airport, which is about $100 one way for taxi / Uber.
