Global Bowspring Ethical Guidelines
With a desire for harmony in our words and actions, we embody the following ethical guidelines in relationship with others:
- Offer love and high vibration in action and words. Be compassionate. o Be non-harming. Have no intention to harm anyone or anything. Create no violence or destruction in anyone’s life.
- Seek a flowing balance with Nature. Create no exploitation of Nature or any other creature.
- Give equal respect to both men and women. Men and women have equal rights and intrinsic value. All racial and gender identifications have equal rights.
- Celebrate the diversity of other cultures, religions, and lifestyles that affirm beauty, truth, and goodness.
- Embody integrity and accountability. o Be loyal and trustworthy. Keep to your word.
- Communicate with words that are true, helpful, inspiring, necessary, and kind.
- When there is disagreement, then respectfully and rationally dialogue to come to mutual understanding.
- Patiently listen to the opposing view and fully hear their argument before offering your critique.
- Be non-judgmental to others whom you do not know.
- Avoid gossip. If you have a problem with someone, communicate with the person directly. Don’t negatively speak about others when they are not present.
- Focus your mind to be both rational and creative by staying close to other intellectually inspired thinkers.
- Assist another who wants the whole to rise, and don’t support any intention to lower the harmony of the whole. Don’t facilitate another’s lack of accountability.
- Don’t steal or take what is not yours, including credit for something that you did not create. Don’t present a false identity of yourself. Be full of integrity and accountability.
