The Essential Training Course of the Bowspring Method
This is a 20-video course, designed to be studied and practiced over a 10-week period as an orientation to the Bowspring method. At the same time, the course contains all the current fundamental teachings of our method, which can be studied for years
This is the first time in 7 years of the Bowspring method that we have published a complete video course on all the essential lessons of this paradigm-shifting method.
Through the feedback and all of the pushback that we received over the years, especially in touring the US and in sharing the method in another 17 countries worldwide, we have refined the method to make it more accessible to the broadest possible audience. We organized its presentation so that no essential lessons are inadvertently skipped, so any level of student can get all the knowledge they need to experience so many great benefits of the Bowspring practice.
The Essential Training Course is the most comprehensive and clearest presentation of the Bowspring Method that we have produced to date, and is designed for the full spectrum of students from beginners to teachers of the Bowspring.
Each of the 20 videos, lessons averaging about 30-minutes, includes questions and contemplations for an enhanced learning experience. At the end of the course, answers to these questions can be submitted to Global Bowspring for a Certificate of Completion of the course. Also, students are encouraged to communicate with Global Bowspringi via email with questions, ideas and comments throughout the course, so each student can be better supported in their Bowspring experience.
By regularly self-assessing in this course, students will be able to clearly witness their changes on a week-to-week basis. Looking back over their 10-week training in the Bowspring essential lessons, students will be able to clearly see the positive transformations in their daily self-awareness, springy agility, and self-empowerment.
