Registration closes 30 minutes before the start of the first class on March 17th.
A video for each class will be sent out to registrants the following day, and at the end of the Course, registrants will receive access to all 3 videos on Bowspring.com under their personal account.

Starting Tuesday, March 17th at 7:00 pm ET, Desi Springer will offer a 3-week course on Therapeutics for all-levels.
The most powerful promise of the Bowspring is within its therapeutics. Healing is a lifelong endeavor, that demands self study and compassion. The path begins inside, by first learning our universal tendencies towards imbalance. Subsequently, we will learn new ways to posture for self support, as well as therapy tools to sculpt oneself in the direction of high health.
March 17: Shoulders — rotator cuff; arms – tendonitis; wrist – carpal tunnel syndrome
March 24: Hips — psoas, piriformis syndrome; lower back – spinal disk herniation, quadratus laborum
March 31: Feet — plantar fasciitis, bone spurs; ankle sprains; knees — ligament or cartilage damage
